At militamodapk.com (the “Site”), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy outlines how we handle copyright infringement claims relating to content on or accessible through this Site.

1. Designated Copyright Agent

If you believe that any content on militamodapk.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated agent:

militamodapk.com
Email: apkmilita@gmail.com

Please include “DMCA Notice” in the subject line for quicker processing.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To be valid under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), your notice must include the following:

  1. Your full legal name or the name of the copyright owner, mailing address, telephone number, and valid email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on militamodapk.com where the allegedly infringing material is located, or other information sufficient to locate it.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf (an email containing your full legal name may satisfy this requirement).

If your notice lacks any of the required information, we may be unable to process it.

3. Our Response to Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review and investigate the claim in good faith;
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if we determine it is infringing or appears likely to be infringing;
  • Notify the user or content provider whose material has been removed or disabled, where appropriate.

4. Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe it was done in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our agent including:

  1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number and email address.
  2. Identification of the removed or disabled material and its location before removal.
  3. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice (or their agent).
  4. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content within a reasonable period unless the original complainant files legal action.

5. Repeat Infringers

Where appropriate, and at our sole discretion, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to militamodapk.com for users who are found to be repeat infringers of others’ intellectual property rights.
